对旋局部通风机高效节能运行参数研究

The research of high efficiency and energy saving parameter of contra-rotating auxiliary fan

摘要: 为研究转速与安装角调节对风机性能的影响,以FBD No80型对旋局部通风机为研究对象,利用FLUENT对不同工况的通风机进行了数值仿真,并结合试验验证了仿真的正确性,分析了不同管网长度下,压力、流量、效率和轴功率等随安装角或转速的变化情况。结果表明:安装角调节和转速调节均能有效的改变风机的输出能力,以此来适应不同的工况,对于同一管网,风机的效率不会因转速产生大幅度改变,但会随着安装角的减小而减小|可以采用联合调节方式,结合安装角能够改变效率和转速调节等效率降低输出的特点,实现风机的高效节能运行。

Abstract: In order to study the difference between rotate speed and blade incidence adjustment of contra-rotating auxiliary fan, numerical simulation are carried out at different working conditions by using Fluent. And simulation models are verified by experiment. Pressure, volume, efficiency and shaft power at different pipe distance are analyzed. Results show, both ways can change fan’s output ability, but they have different essence, efficiency decreases as blade incidence reduces, while doesn’t change by speed; combing two means of adjustment can realize high efficiency and energy saving operation.
